Why does the Dealer Locator Map show my business location down the street?

The Dealer Locator map is pulling geographic coordinates based on your street address,
city, state and zip code. If your (pinned) location is off, please submit your Decimal
Degress for Latitude and Longitude via the
Contact Us link. If you do not know your store locations Decimal Degrees,

Why isn't my login working?

When entering your User Name and Password, you must enter it exactly as you requested
it. All logins are case sensitive. Check that first.

How do I request a login for your commerce storefront?
|

If you already have a Dealer account with Ellett Brothers, simply click on the
DEALER LOGIN. When the login screen appears,
select the REQUEST A WEBSITE LOGIN option. Complete the
form, read and check the Affidavit box, then click SUBMIT
. Within the day, you will receive a confirmation email that your request has been
completed.

How long does it take to receive a login after requesting it?

Once you have requested a login you will receive an activation email within 24 hours.
The only exception is when the login is requested over the weekend. Then you will
receive the activation notice the first business day we return.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password by logging into the website with your current login information, finding the "My Account" drop-down box in the upper portion of the screen, and clicking "Edit Account". Once in the Edit Account screen, enter your desired password into both text boxes, and click the "Update" button.

When searching for an item, do I really have to choose an item from every drop down
box in the menu?

No, You may select any one of the drop down menus as your starting point. These
ADVANCED SEARCH options are designed to help you narrow down your
search.
Example: If you know you'd like to view all the Browning Long Guns, simply select the category "Long Guns" and then go to the Manufacture dropdown menu and select "Browning". Your search will return all the Browning Long Guns we inventory. |

How do I remove an item from a saved order?

At the top left of your screen, you will see the SAVED ORDERS link.
Click on the Saved Orders link to view your saved order and then select the
order you'd like to modify. Once the order displays on your screen, click
the MOVE TO CART button. Check the “Remove” box
to the right of the item(s) you'd like to remove and then click the UPDATE CART
button. You may now proceed to checkout or create a favorites list.
Due to product and inventory changes, please do not use the “Saved Orders”
feature as a Favorites List.

My business is located in California and I need my order's Department of Justice
(DOJ) number?

Once an order is placed, you receive an Order Confirmation email. Your CA DOJ
number is located below your address information on the PDF attachment. You
may also view at any time the DOJ number by going to – MY ACCOUNT- then -ORDER
REVIEW-. You now have the option to select an order number or reprint your
Order Confirmation. When selecting the order number you can view the DOJ Verification
Approval Number just within the order information area.

How do I handle a damaged shipment?
|
| Answer |
If you receive a damaged shipment, or suspect a shipment is damaged, notify carrier
(Motor Freight, UPS, Parcel Post) and Ellett Brothers immediately.
IMPORTANT: Before a carrier will process any claim, its representative must inspect the merchandise and the shipping carton. It is also critical that you sign the bill of lading as damaged or short at time of delivery. DO NOT DISCARD OR DESTROY ANY CARTONS. |

When are my Invoices due?

Currently there is no Due Date on Ellett Brothers online Invoices. But you
can estimate by using the Age Date. The Age Date is 30 days before the Due
Date. So if you have an Invoice Age Date of Aug 18, the Due Date would be
Sept 18.

Are Account Statements available online?

| Answer |
No, but when logged in to the commerce storefront, you may view A/R information,
open invoices and paid invoices. Information is based on 60 days. The following
is a highlight of information available through the MY ACCOUNT
drop down menu.
Account Summary Month-to-date Purchases, Year-to-date Purchases, Last Year Purchases, Date of First Sale, Date of Last Sale, Date of Last Payment, Open Order Value and other balance due information (current, over 30 day…) is available. Open Invoices 60 days of invoices prior to the end date you select (end invoice date and end age date) is available. You may also search by a starting invoice number. Paid Invoices 60 days of paid invoices prior to the end age date is available. You may also search by a starting invoice number. Order Review This selection allows you to check on the status of any order, whether placed online or through your sales associate. When entering a date, all orders placed within 60 days of that date will display. By clicking on an order number you will see the details of that order. |

Most standard invoice information is available: Order Detail, Box Listing and
Contents, Carrier and Tracking number, Firearm Serial number. Just click on
MY ACCOUNT, REVIEW ORDERS and click on an Order
Number for more information.

Are Sales Statistics available to Dealers?

Month, Year, Quantity Purchased, and Average Purchase Price are available per product
item number. Select ITEM HISTORY from the MY ACCOUNT dropdown menu. Set ITEM HISTORY SETTING parameter and click SUBMIT. You may sort the results by ITEM NUMBER. Click on an item number to view SALES STATISTICS. Within the item number history screen you may view 3+ years of history on a specific item. |

Your "Saved Order" will expire in approximately 99 days. Due to product and inventory changes, please do not use the “Saved Orders” feature as a Favorites List. |

How can I combine my Saved Orders?

| Answer | You will need to create a new Shopping Cart using all your SAVED ORDERS. Within Ellett Brothers commerce storefront, open a SAVED ORDER and move it to the Shopping Cart. Go back and open another SAVED ORDER and move it to the Shopping Cart. All your items will now be in one Shopping Cart to save or submit to your Sales Representative. |
