"Bid Process"
1. A bid sheet must be filled out. Noted on sheet will be the date and time received. Bid Form
2. Minimum bid is $15,000. bids must in $500.00 increments.
3. Once a bid is received, the bid will start on that particular state gun and will go 60 days. At the end of 60 days the highest bid wins the gun.
4. Once a bid is accepted, a $5000.00 deposit is required. Once that deposit is received the gun will be marked sold on our website. If deposit is paid by check, the check must clear our bank before marked sold.
5. When a gun is "Sold" we will then have S&W to engrave the gun and ship to us. Approximate turnaround time is 6 weeks.
6. The gun must be shipped to one of our FFL dealers. If our dealer is not the bidder of the gun they will be compensated for receiving and processing the paperwork.
